A fast expanding advisory firm are looking to expand their highly performing M&A team.

Offering full service advisory you will get to work across a range of exciting sectors making this a dynamic and fluid role.

Working within a fantastic culture you willbuild your network and learn from high calibre professionals, where you will become an important part of the team gaining exposure to both buy-side and sell-side.

Duties include:

Oversee M&A processes from start to finish
Preparing and reviewing financial models
Preparing and reviewing reports
Management of client engagements, such as, reviewing junior work and reporting to senior members of the team
Assisting senior members of the team when required

You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.) with excellent communication skills and strong prior experience within M&A.
