They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.

Business Development Manager

Salary
- £30,000 base (OTE £55,000 with uncapped bonus)
Location

Edinburgh
Develop and deliver a local marketing and sales plan to proactively drive the sales growth for new business clients within the leisure, corporate, meetings and events markets with a continual focus on loyalty and delivering a tailored 360 customer experience.

Generate cold leads and convert to longstanding loyal customers.
Chase local opportunities with proactive and reactive strategies.
Focus on increasing corporate and large group bookings, as well as full venue hires.
See every opportunity as one to WOW the businesses guests.
Have a creative mindset and think 'outside the box' to drive footfall and appeal for the business without devaluing the brand.
Challenging internal delivery with a solutionled approach.
Carrying out consumer research in two locations and reporting findings on a monthly basis.
