JOBS IN FERRYHILL

Baltic Recruitment are currently looking for Production Operatives for a respected client based in the Ferryhill and Chilton areas they're currently going through substantial growth.

Job Role

Ready to take on new challenges as the business grows and the department develops.
Working in a busy production environment.
Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping on production equipment and within production areas.
Being proactive in managing own workload.
Be a good communicator with the ability to form positive working relationships
Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with senior production operator to swiftly resolve issues.
Performing quality assurance checks and inprocess testing.
Positively engage in continuous development.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

SHIFTS:
Day and Night shifts available Overtime and Double Overtime available

PAY RATE:
£ £19.70

This is a great opportunity for someone to grow within the business as this is a long-term Temp to Perm position.

Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on quickly, get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can do attitude.
