Recruitment Consultant - Private Equity

Salary:
£25-28K basic, uncapped commission (£40-45K year 1, £60K year 2, £85K+ year 3)

Location:
Regent Street, South-West London

My client is looking for exceptional individuals to join their team of experts, placing the best talent across the UK, Europe and US.

You will support private capital funds and their portfolio companies, sourcing high level and C-suite individuals for permanent and interim roles.

They have a winning culture, and this requires the highest calibre of consultants to perform at the highest level. You will be ambitious, proactive, and resilient, with a willingness to learn.

In return, you will be supported with a full training needs analysis plus a fully customised training programme so you can become a top recruiter.
