Sports and Enrichment Assistant

Permanent, Full time (Term time only)

Salary - £23,556 - £25,945 (pro-rata) per annum

The Sports and Enrichment Assistant role will play a key part in the engagement of students into College life and improving their personal development and health and wellbeing.

The post-holder will be responsible for developing and creating innovative ways to engage learners in themed weekly/monthly development activities as well as delivering meaningful sporting sessions and managing the gym and fitness rooms.

The post holder will liaise closely with students, staff and external support agencies to develop sessions that will bring to life citizenship, history and culture that they may not have experienced before. The post will also include training on safeguarding, prevent and mental health support.

Adjusted working hours can occur to meet the business' needs. The post-holder should have a flexible approach to hours of work, place of work, and cover needed for holidays
