Description
A skilled Sales Coordinator is needed to join our team at Panel Systems based in Sheffield.

We are a leading manufacturer that supplies a wide range of market sectors, including construction, automotive, caravans and modular building.

The Company comprises three trading divisions employing 65 people and a combined annual turnover exceeding £13m.


Based at our Waleswood site, the CMC division is responsible for the CNC routing of decorative laminates and sheet material.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing team of professionals


About the Role

The primary areas of activity at CMC are bespoke CNC machining of decorative panel components for markets such as lockers, washrooms, exterior furniture, playground equipment, automotive, health and industrial solutions, as well as catering to the supply andcutting of decorative cladding materials for building facades.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Producing estimates and quotations, which often involve customer drawings
  • Processing customer sales orders
  • Answering telephone enquiries from customers
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and technical support
  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Helping to develop new business with dormant and potential customers
  • Following up on the progress of key quotations and contract quotations
  • Following up on leads and opportunities generated by the company's website
  • Close liaison with fellow colleagues in production and the company Sales Manager
