£26,000

I am Currently recruiting for a Maintenance operative/ Handy person to work with our Clients in South West London.

Duties are but not limited to;

Resolving maintenance issues and with the ability to carry out a variety of maintenance related tasks.
Creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Carrying out regular site inspections and being the first point of contact for all maintenance enquiries (externally and internally).
Providing exceptional customer service to engage, communicate and inspire others.
Awareness of Health and Safety processes at the development.
Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
