Description
My Client is a new renewable energy organisation undergoing rapid growth.

It aims to help facilitate the energy transition demands of the UK and EU by developing and investing in large-scale solar and battery storage projects.

The team consists of individuals with a proven track record in infrastructure investment and renewables. As the team grows, there is a requirement for an Executive PA/HR Operations to provide support to the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • PA to the Group CEO who has worked in environments of assets up to £5.2 billion energy sector
  • Events coordination company offsites, team dinners, organisation of attendance at industry conferences
  • PA to Group

CEO:

first point of contact, communications, organising travel and accommodation, diary management, assisting with key tasks, projects and deadlines, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.


  • Assisting development and operations teams: data management, ad hoc projects, coordinating meetings, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Travel: tracking of team whereabouts and assistance in booking hotels, etc.
  • Maintaining company secretarial and statutory filing calendars for the Company entities e.g., booking Board meetings in diaries, building the Board/Committee packs, taking and distributing minutes as required, chasing signatures and contract management.
  • Ensuring that all statutory filing deadlines are communicated to relevant people and met.
  • Assist Office administration: printer, resources, phones, health and safety in the workplace, post, office contract, calendar management, ad hoc requests from the team.
  • Assist HR admin: liaising with an outsourced HR service provider, holiday and sick leave tracker, copies of passports and emergency contact information, onboarding and exiting, annual and interim performance review coordination.

  • Experience within the energy infrastructure or renewable sector is preferred but not required.
