Salary**:
£10.75 per hour + up to 20% bonus + 34p per mile + Frequent incentives with lots of LEGO to be won()
Working: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days - days are flexible but one day to ideally be a Wednesday
Territory:
Tunbridge Wells and surrounds
This role is working for Powerforce as a Brand Ambassador/Merchandiser on our our LEGO Merchandising team.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing instore relationships with key decision makers within Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, B&M and Smyths
- Using your persuasive skills to ensure our promotions are live and available for the shopper to purchase
- Creating additional displays, increasing the visibility and availability of the product, and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Autonomy of your call file and region, effectively managing your store visits, and completing all core tasks
- Being the face of LEGO in stores, and ensuring we deliver excellent customer service
- Feeding back insights from the stores and sharing these with the team
We will support you with:
- Very achievable targets
- Thorough and comprehensive induction plan to ensure you are supported and get the most from your first few weeks/ months on the account
- Throughout your induction there will be Infield support with your line manager, helping and guiding you
- Full training on the category, systems, brand, and everything else so you are comfortable and confident
- A great 'team feeling' so whilst you work independently in the field, you are never alone we have Buddy systems, MS Teams forums and people there for you at all times

You will have:
- A full
driving licence and have your
own vehicle: - A passion for doing a job the right way, and taking pride in your work
- Strong relationship building skills and being able to talk to anyone and everyone in a store and treat them the same
- The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
- A good planner, but can also adapt to change and be unflappable in the face of challenges
