As an Administrator you will be an integral part of our Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital team.

You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital.

You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality service to our patients' whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.

As an Administrator you will:

Support the Outpatients department

Provide a first class customer service

Attend & book appointments for patients

Answer face to face and telephone enquiries

Take payments

Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team.

To succeed as an Administrator you will:
Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.

Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.

Have good IT and keyboard skills.

Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment

Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)

Our facilities include 49 en-suite patient bedrooms, 4 operating theatres, acute dependency and oncology units. We've been awarded the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark for cancer care. Our site is shared with an NHS Trust hospital, giving us access to their facilities. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.
