Electricity North West is looking for an experienced and dedicated Land Rights & Consents Asset Protection Support Officer to join our inclusive team in Salford.

This full-time Support Officer role comes with a competitive salary and many excellent benefits.


As a Land Rights & Consents Asset Protection Support Officer, you will support the Asset Protection team based in Salford.

Your primary responsibilities will include the management of the team mailboxes, the assessment and allocation of enquiries and schemes to the relevant surveyor via the Ratio case management system, assisting with claims, lease renewals, tenancies, checking our occupational status for internal and external enquiries, and all other day-to-day support as required.

In your first few weeks in this Land Rights & Consents Asset Protection Support Officer role, you can expect to:

  • Manage the various team mailboxes to ensure no statutory deadlines are missed
  • Obtain copies of all relevant consents for the Asset Protection team as required, providing these consents as a work pack when allocating schemes and enquiries on Ratio
  • Interrogate records to provide the necessary information when reviewing planning consents, notices, etc.
  • Liaise with all other teams, including LR&C and the rest of the business.
  • Confidence and the ability to interrogate various data systems and land rights documents correctly
  • Previous experience working in a property or real estate environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards individual, departmental and company objectives
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise.
