THE JOB:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce technical drawings from stores' mass plans, coordinating with the Architect and Construction PM (2D concept, feasibility and detailed drawings)Produce CGIs or Photoshop visualisations
Produce 3D modelsLead progress and follow-up meetings, keeping informed the internal and external projects' member
Attend site meetings and reflect changes on drawingsAsset inventory creation
You closely collaborate with the relay in the Communications teamFollow-up implementation, installation, and delivery from the start to the end of the project
Management of project budgets and invoicesManage the shared Archiving system**
PROFILE:

  • A higher education degree, preferably at the University level, in a relevant field.
-
Energetic and passionate about sports and promoting an active lifestyle.
-
1 to 2 years of professional experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, or CAD Technician.
-
Strong familiarity with both internal and external safety regulations.
-
Prior experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
-
Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, or other visual design tools is essential.

Confident use of Google tools such as Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, or their equivalents.
-
Ability to set and adhere to deadlines in alignment with the project manager's schedule.
-
Effective communication skills, including the ability to formalize and articulate your work.

Proven capability to propose innovative solutions, take ownership of projects, and validate each stage with the project manager.

Ensuring all stakeholders in your designated area have access to necessary information.
