Pay
:
£9.90 per hour


  • Mileage 40p per mile for drivers
  • Parttime hours available
  • Fulltime hours available

Bonus schemes:

up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.

As a
Community Care Worker you will agree a working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift patterns, which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
  • Evenings as agreed within your working shift pattern
  • Early shift: 7:00am 3:00pm
  • Late shift: 3:00pm 10:30pm

1 week classroom-based (Monday - Friday), 2 days shadowing and additional online modules. Training to be completed prior to starting.

As a
Community Care Worker in Didsbury and Chorlton, you will provide care and support to meet individual personal care needs


You will:

  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches.
  • Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  • Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training
You do not need care experience.

If you have the right values, we will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding
Community Care Worker.

As a
Community Care Worker, you will be provided with a comprehensive induction training on:


  • Community wellbeing, individual wellbeing, and personal outcomes;
  • Fluids and nutrition;
  • Medication, moving and handling, basic life support and first aid;
  • Infection prevention and control, health, and safety;
  • Professional boundaries, confidentiality, equality, and diversity;
  • Safeguarding, mental health and capacity.
