What's involved with this role:
Contract to start on until with a possible extension.
Key Duties:
Supporting Leisure Services following the insourcing of the client's Leisure contract. Good TUPE knowledge and experience is required for this role, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Supporting, coaching, challenging and empowering Directorate line managers in managing people issues, as well as developing and embedding the new service.
Experience of dealing with local trade union (TU) representatives in relation to individual cases or local collective issues. Finds solutions to problems relating to strategic, policy or legal constraints or requirements. Understands local issues in the Directorates and takes action based on the implications from an HR perspective.Salary:
£350.00-£437.78 per day
