The Client Services Officer is in charge of coordinating the professional development courses.

T_
he role is varied and interesting and you are required to have the communication skills and confidence to build a rapport with our clients and deliver the overall administration, organising and planning of the professional of the training programmes.

We are looking for someone who enjoys looking after the training needs of clients and seeing them through their learning journey.

Experience in working within training and learning, as well as an interest in the PR industry, would be useful.


The role:


  • Managing and administrating our accredited workshops
  • Planning the courses: setting the schedules, managing the calendars, arranging the bookings for scheduled and tailored programmes and booking the expert trainers
  • Managing the running of the events both inperson and online
  • Handling the client's enquiries, bookings and providing an excellent customer experience and managing their professional development
  • Following up with client enquiries and sales leads
  • Invoicing and coordinating payments with payables
  • Issuing certificates
  • Assisting in preparing proposals for potential clients (working with the Director of Training)
  • Managing the databases, scheduling new dates, and managing the CRM systems
  • Coordinating and overseeing the running of the inperson and online courses
Managing the websites and ensuring events are communicated clearly

  • Creating content for monthly newsletters and blogs
  • Coordinating the promotions of events with the marketing team
    Skills we are looking for:
  • Experience in running and managing training events
  • Technical, IT and digital knowhow
  • Experience in bookings and handling enquiries
  • Administrative experience using Office suite
  • CRM and database experience
  • Marketing and social media experience
