An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Administration Team at Park House in a role of Ward Administrator on a full time basis (Monday - Friday, although their may be a requirement for you to work unsociable hours ie: weekends).

Your duties will include supporting patients and their relatives on the Ward as well as providing a comprehensive administrative support to the multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, support workers and other professionals involved in patient care.


The post holder will provide an efficient and professional service ensuring quality service to all users, their families and professionals contacting the Ward.

The post holder will also be required to cover other wards within Park House, to provide support during absence of other administrators.


To be an initial point of contact for the service and respond to all enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner, and, to provide a responsive, comprehensive clerical and administrative service to the multi-disciplinary team, in order to support them to provide an efficient and effective service for the benefit of the service user group and their families.

There may be a requirement to cover other wards across Park House to ensure consistency across the service as well as working unsociable hours or weekends if requirement
