Family Support Worker (SEND)

Salary Range:
Grade 6 £24,054 - £27,852

The Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW) have recently launched a new CFW SEND Support Service that will enhance the CFW offer and ensure that we are fulling our promise to work with families at the right time by the right service.

The CFW SEND Support service will engage with children aged 0-16 with identified SEND needs and their families, ensuring their education, health and personal needs are met via a EHCP and that any additional support they are entitled to has been allocated.

The post outlined is initially until 31st August 2024 but the contract may be extended beyond this date.
