Technical Account Manager

Sidcup - MUST DRIVE

£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Commission

Overview:


An award winning organisation are looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis to provide support to over 200 clients across the UK.

The key to your own personal success, will be your ability to generate new business, develop accounts and achieve levels of activity that results in increased revenue for the business and customer satisfaction


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Winning and securing new business through existing clients
  • Account managing existing clients to ensure services are delivered, phone face to face and over the phone
  • Upselling & cross selling
  • Liaising with technical departments and being the first point of contact for queries, new business, ongoing contracts ect.
  • Preparing client proposals and documents

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within a sales environment
  • Experience working within a Technology industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems
  • Selfmotivation

Package:


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped OTE
Realistic OTE of £10,000 - £15,000 within your first year
