We are looking for a
Team & Data Administrator to provide a full range of data administrative duties to support curriculum areas, whilst working closely with other data and administrative colleagues to establish standardised administrative systems, processes and working practices across the college.
Your duties will include;
- Prepare and process letters, documents and reports in connection with the work of curriculum areas, some of which may be confidential.
- Manage, update and ensure accuracy of database systems and spreadsheet information including those used to track progress of students.
- Liaise with students and parents to establish and record the reason for nonattendance and work with curriculum teams to agree a plan for facilitating a return to college using appropriate strategies within specified timescales
- Work on initiatives which raise the awareness of college staff, parents and the community on the importance of college attendance.
- Follow up leads from external agencies promptly and professionally demonstrating excellent customer care at all times
It is essential to the role that you;
- Be educated to a good standard with excellent communication skills
- Have experience of general administrative duties
- Have sound knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Packages
- Have experience of producing reports, updating data bases and spread sheets
- Be able to organise manager's diary to ensure effective use of time
