Our client is a fast-growing boutique European asset manager. They are looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to coordinate operations for their growing London office.


Key responsibilities are:

  • Identify and create all necessary administrative procedures for the smooth running of the London office
  • Maintain data and records, as required for the London office, in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage effective relationships with London premises and building staff
  • Maintain the condition of the office and companyowned office equipment, and arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain supplies of office refreshments, stationery and equipment. Print / bind documents as required.
  • Ensure fire, health and safety requirements are observed in the London office.
  • Provide support in respect of large meeting organisation, travel arrangements of the London members of the Executive Committee.
  • Organise and schedule meeting rooms for appointments
  • Greet callers/visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Accept and sort post or deliveries
  • Organise social events calendar for the office
