An exciting opportunity has arisen with an industrial manufacturing organisation in Huddersfield for a HR Coordinator. This is a permanent role offering great employee benefits, a supportive team, and opportunities for development.

This is a part-time role offering a 30hr contract.

The successful applicant will be part of the team responsible for the c.400 employees at the Huddersfield base.

Description

Duties include:

Supporting with employee relations casework, including investigations
Working with line managers, supporting with new starters, inductions, probationary reviews, and absent management
Supporting with recruitment including supporting hiring managers, facilitating first stage interviews, supporting with apprenticeship schemes, and managing job descriptions and adverts
Manage company benefit schemes such as the Childcare Voucher and Cycle to Work schemes
Managing starters, changers and leavers
Managing new starter onboarding and vetting
Arrange and deliver new starter HR inductions
Other duties as required

Profile

Have relevant HR experience
Have good communication skills
Have good computer literacy
Posses great attention to detail
Be a team player

Job Offer

On Offer:

25 days annual leave plus banks, rising with service
Full time or 22.5hrs a week, which can be worked either 3 longer days or 5 shorter days
