An exciting opportunity has arisen with an industrial manufacturing organisation in Huddersfield for a HR Coordinator. This is a permanent role offering great employee benefits, a supportive team, and opportunities for development.

This is a part-time role offering a 30hr contract.

The successful applicant will be part of the team responsible for the c.400 employees at the Huddersfield base.


Description

Duties include:

  • Supporting with employee relations casework, including investigations
  • Working with line managers, supporting with new starters, inductions, probationary reviews, and absent management
  • Supporting with recruitment including supporting hiring managers, facilitating first stage interviews, supporting with apprenticeship schemes, and managing job descriptions and adverts
  • Manage company benefit schemes such as the Childcare Voucher and Cycle to Work schemes
  • Managing starters, changers and leavers
  • Managing new starter onboarding and vetting
  • Arrange and deliver new starter HR inductions
  • Other duties as required

Profile

  • Have relevant HR experience
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good computer literacy
  • Posses great attention to detail
  • Be a team player

Job Offer

On Offer:

  • 25 days annual leave plus banks, rising with service
  • Full time or 22.5hrs a week, which can be worked either 3 longer days or 5 shorter days
