Dutch Consumer Relations Representative

Location:
Hybrid & Flexible Working Environment


Working Hours: 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.

Standard Office hours are between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday,

8am-4pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday.

Hours each week will outlined in a monthly rota.

You will be expected to work 2-3 weekend days p month (in return for week day lieu).


Salary:
£20,000 pro rata


Commission:
Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly.

On target earnings of £5000 per annum


Contract Type:4 months FTC

About the role:


  • Danish specialist to advise on current trends and local knowledge
  • Work closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order completion
  • Analysing consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience processes.

  • Customer Service experience
  • Interested in the Fashion industry
  • A customer centric mindset
  • Written and oral fluency in Dutch and English
  • An adaptable individual and a team player
  • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator with stakeholders across the business
  • A selfstarter who brings passion, enthusiasm focus to their work
  • A proactive problem solver
  • You have a keen eye for detail
