The Role

We're currently looking for passionate and dedicated Regional Recruiters to join our team in the Central region on a full-time basis.

The roles will be integral to improve and sustain our brand visibility within the local community and to promote the businessas an employer of choice.

Working individually with a number of branches, you will get involved in the local community, building working relationships with job centres, local colleges and more to build the attraction plan on hiring quality care workers.

The job is varied and will involve travelling to various branches in your region to understand their demand plans and support with interviewing, selection and on boarding new care workers.

This is an exciting time to join as we invest in new systems and operating models to really enhance the services we provide.

You will also have a fantastic team to work alongside who encourage staff to share new ideas and solutions to improve the hiring process of new Care Workers.

Significant experience in working in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment.

This could be with a recruitment agency or in house and in any sector.

Highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities.
Good computer skills with knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Database management experience preferably gained using an applicant tracking system
Take responsibility and ownership of tasks to ensure completion on time.
