The Role:
The Nordic Star Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for sales and customer service duties, ensuring the efficient processing of all animal identification tag orders while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Essential Key Skills:
- Proficient and accurate in all areas of data management.
- Excellent telephone manner and good communications skills.
- Ability to easily learn new processes and software systems.
- Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong numeric aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process animal identification tag orders from both digital systems and telephone calls.
- To deal directly with customers ensuring a high level of customer care, providing details. on pricing, order status and taking payments.
- To handle and resolve any customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome.
- To maintain customer records ensuring all interactions are acted upon effectively.
