The Role:


The Nordic Star Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for sales and customer service duties, ensuring the efficient processing of all animal identification tag orders while maintaining an excellent customer experience.


Essential Key Skills:


  • Proficient and accurate in all areas of data management.
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communications skills.
  • Ability to easily learn new processes and software systems.
  • Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong numeric aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To process animal identification tag orders from both digital systems and telephone calls.
  • To deal directly with customers ensuring a high level of customer care, providing details. on pricing, order status and taking payments.
  • To handle and resolve any customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome.
  • To maintain customer records ensuring all interactions are acted upon effectively.
