Uniform Education are working with an
Ofsted GOOD, three form entry, mainstream primary school located in Camden, who are looking for a suitably experienced Early Years Lead to join their team.


About the role:


  • Early years lead teacher
    MPS/UPS with TLR 2A


  • January

  • July 2023**:
  • Part time, long term role 3 days per week*
  • Working effectively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to help lead, develop and enhance the teaching practices of colleagues within the EYFS; improving and monitoring standards across the EYFS
  • Improving and monitoring of standards across the EYFS, including modelling lessons, team teaching, monitoring of planning. Oral and written feedback to teachers, nursery officers, teaching assistants and the Leadership Team;
- lead teachers in planning, target setting and assessment for the EYFS;

  • Acting as "Team Leader" for Performance Management for selected members of your Phase (teaching and/or support staff), supporting their individual professional development and that linked to the needs of the school, monitoring their work as appropriate,within the time available;
  • This is an '
    OUT OF CLASS' position
