Specialise in moving cargo? Are you outgoing and confident? Have you the ability to supervise a team with experience in Freight Forwarding?

Due to continued investment and organic growth, we are currently looking to add a Forwarding Control Tower Supervisor at our Coventry office.

If you're looking for a role within a dynamic, enthusiastic & fast paced environment, with a willingness to succeedwe have the role for you

Working Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30, you will be tasked with managing the team within Coventry Forwarding and overseeing the day to day transactions.

It is absolutely necessary you have at least 1 years experience within Freight Forwarding.

Main responsibilities of the role:

Taking on and selling work to 3rd party hauliers
Aiding DFDS fleet with reloads
Tracking KPI's on haulier and client performance
Building upon the existing team and managing the work streams of contracted and external work.
