ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The rate of pay for this position is £11.54

The shift pattern is 4 days on, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off including weekends and bank holidays and they are 12hour shifts.

Job Overview:

To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes

Main Duties

Conduct effective CCTV coverage and patrols in accordance with client requirements and DfT regulations.
Ensure effective audits on keys held and distribution to the authorised personnel when requested.
Ensure that all supplied equipment is checked and maintained in a serviceable condition.
Carryout effective patrols to maintain the integrity of the restricted area via CCTV.
Compile weekly reports to send to the client regarding incidents.
Command incidents from the control room, despatching units to the relevant locations whilst maintaining good

Training

Fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training and undertake additional training to ensure continuous selfdevelopment as directed by the Security Account Manager.
You are required to ensure you renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry, Mitie will pay for this after probation is completed

What we are looking for:

Do you hold a valid SIA CCTV licence?

Do you have strong Communication skills and able to communicate using a radio?

Do you have Disciplined/ professional attitude?
**Do you have the ability to deal with and control and direct personnel during emergency/security situations?
