Responsibilities

  • Running weekly POC (percentage of completion)
  • Creating sales order for Capital and Service projects
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Credit control
  • Posting all cash book transactions for multiple bank accounts
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Employee expense payments
  • Petty cash
  • Maintaining prepayments schedule
  • Providing cover for purchase ledger and helping to resolve AP queries
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Setting up new customers and suppliers on SAP
  • Other duties as requested by Finance Manager

Experience

  • Knowledge of data and ERP systems (SAP would be an advantage)
  • Ideally AAT qualified or studying towards
  • Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative

Work Type:
Full time

Full time hours: 39 per week

Duration:
Maternity cover minimum 8 months.
