Senior Property Manager Duties:
Manage a key portfolio within the department and be able to exhibit on growth and retention
Offer your knowledge and expertise to guide landlords, tenants, and your team members
Arrange pretenancy works, and ensure full onboarding is done before the tenancy begins
Be able to advise on all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle. Including financial, rental, and legal matters
Proactively engage and organise necessary maintenance works to maintain a landlord's asset
Dealing with renewals, compliance, rental arrears and contractor invoicing
Senior Property Manager Profile:
At least 12 years' experience in a residential Property Manager role
Strong organisational skills
Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
A willingness to learn and mentor
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
Senior Property Manager Package:
Location: Central London/Hybrid Working (2 days from home)
Hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 plus commission
