Our Northampton site are now recruiting for a Operations Administrator on a full time basis.
Salary:
£24,150 Per annum
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Job Description:
The purpose of an Operations Administrator is to support the day to day site operation through general site and compliance activities.
Key Duties of a Operations Administrator**:
- Full control of booking in vehicles to allocated times according to the booking schedule
- Ensure all data is logged correctly and accurately on the Goods schedule
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is signed in the correct manor
- Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is distributed correctly to other departments
- Ensure an understandable and accurate handover is given at the end of each shift.
- Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time by the Client Support Manager
- Ensuring all client queries dealt with are managed in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ensuring client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
- Ensuring all client nonconformance is properly recorded and fed back to the customer and corrective action taken
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner both with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members
- Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation
- Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Develops and drives best practice in all aspects of performance
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
