IT Support Analyst
This role is office-based in either their North Wales or Somerset location

Responsibilities will include

  • Leading Office365 projects managing and making any improvements required
  • Working closely with the IT Manager on any upgrade projects, taking on any adhoc duties
  • Liaise with key users/stakeholders within the business, to understand and solve any system issues, providing suitable solutions
  • A general interest/passion in IT/Application Support
  • Office365, Microsoft Excel, Windows Server experience
  • Active Directory, TCP/IP networking experience
  • ERP (Dynamics NAV) experience desired not essential, training will be provided
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
