South West Norse is a successful commercial service partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, delivering expertise across cleaning, catering and facilities management disciplines.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Cleaner to join our established team in Exeter on a Casual basis.

In this role, you will support a number of our local sites by providing both cover for absences as well as support when further services are required.

You will be part of a team delivering commercial cleaning services to our clients, being responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of sites within small teams.

Our casual contracts offer you great flexibility, as you will work hours through prior agreement with your manager and can base this around other commitments, with both morning and afternoon shifts available.

You will get diversity within the role as you will support a number of sites and teams, giving you the chance to interact with a range of colleagues and clients.

Role Location:

We have a number of partnerships with clients in and around Exeter and the surrounding areas, more details regarding the exact sites will be discussed at interview.

Your Experience:

Previously working in a commercial cleaning environment would be beneficial, however we are happy to provide training and support to the right individual.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Good eye for detail, capable of delivering a high level of customer service
Able to follow written and verbal instruction clearly
Ability and flexibility to support a number of sites, ideally holding a full UK driving licence and/or able to travel as required
