Join our team as Head of Financial Crime Advisory:

  • Take on a specialized leadership role, leading a team that provides comprehensive advice on financial crime policy and standards impact on the business
  • Build financial crime advisory capability to offer diverse advice across the bank, addressing gaps with tailored solutions
  • Build relationships within the financial crime industry to understand trends, risks, and control failures

What you'll do:

As Head of Financial Crime Advisory, you will lead specialist support to interpret and embed FinCrime standards in line with business risk appetite.

You will provide leadership on interpreting FinCrime policy and standards across the FinCrime Hub and franchises, including jurisdictional considerations.


You'll also:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance capabilities
  • Lead FinCrime advisors in implementing financial crime systems
  • Partner with Operations to address capability or risk gaps
  • Coordinate policy framework changes across defence lines
  • Act as the primary contact for regulatory engagements
  • Handle FinCrime audits and investigations

Skills required:
  • Experience in leading advisory functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with working across the three lines of defence
  • Leadership in building diverse teams
  • Analytical and evaluative skills
