Due to continued growth, Copperstones Ltd.

is looking for a highly experienced Social Media and Content Writer Executive on a permanent basis to join their expanding team in time for the opening of two new luxury offices on Old Marylebone Road and Park Lane.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly professional, hardworking and ambitious individual to become an integral part of the team.


The Job


As part of the Marketing team, your role will be to implement the social media and content marketing plan in a fast-paced environment.

You will need a great knowledge of social media platforms and how to use it to acquire and engage new and existing Copperstones' customers.

As a person, you'll need to be flexible, able to work to tight deadlines and be willing to be hands on to get the job done.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will at least 1 year experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of increasing social media engagement and creating great content.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement the social media & content strategy across all of Copperstones' core social channels to support the business objectives
  • Social Media:_
  • Create all of Copperstones' social posts including creating assets (videos, animation and photos), editing, creating copy & targeting across all social media channels
  • Make sure the digital content calendar is 12 months ahead with content approved and scheduled
  • Manage presence in core social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other similar community sites, in line with marketing and key messages for all channels
  • Create, manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to maximise results
  • Grow social media presence and generate more engagement with/from users across platforms
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing team, to help evolve their strategies
  • Client support: Work closely with clients on how best to promote their campaigns in order to increase campaign success (review campaigns, etc.)
  • Effective tracking of activities on our CRM
  • Daily budgeting update regarding all paid campaigns
  • Content Writing:_
  • Digest complex information and produce accessible, readable content
  • Create a variety of content from longform articles and blogs to infographics and captions, fact sheets...

Required Skills/Experience:


  • 2+ years of writing a variety of content, including news, features and longform articles
  • 2+ years experience managing social media accounts and have a track record of increasing both followers and engagement
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and understand audiences
  • A creative approach to idea generation
  • A flexible approach to daytoday work, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Must be a problem solver, willing to learn by researching online. Proactive towards their own work and development
  • To both work well in a team and be able to selfdirect your own projects
  • Able to understand social media tracking tools in addition to Google Analytics in order to come up with suggestions for improvements and new ideas
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
  • Desired Graphic Design knowledge that will be required when creating social media posts (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark ). Tech savvy is a plus
  • Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
  • Experience using MailChimp or similar
  • Experience using Hootsuite or similar
  • Excellent content writing skills and an interest in Real Estate
  • Exceptional written English. Great grammar and punctuation
  • Be able to research and gather useful information for producing marketing material
  • Will need to be able to work towards set deadlines
  • Must be articulate, have a confident personality and have effective and excellent communication skills
  • Effectively deal with all administrative work, completing it accurately and on time

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
