Tremendous opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 Years' PQE to join this niche commercial Top 100 practice and have the opportunity to work on an entirely remote basis.

The work is all commercial and includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements to include: confidentiality, supply, distribution, NDA's, JV's, purchase, agency, franchise, IT outsourcing, licencing and finance contracts.

You will need to have a solid foundation in commercial contracts / commercial work and a background within a commercial law firm, public sector department or in house legal department.

Great package includes a basic salary from £45,000 - £85,000, plus other benefits to include private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, bonus scheme and ongoing professional development.
