', provide training and CPD courses to ensure career progression and offer consistent support and motivation. We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Ealing.

About the role:

As a
SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with children amongst Year 4 to manage behaviour, lead interventions and provide additional support to academic, social and emotional development.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related qualification:

Experience working with SEN
Autism, ADHD and SEMH:

-
Experience working in classroom setting:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
