Part Time Payroll Manager - Wellingborough

Our client has been operating as a leading commercial vehicle dealership franchise for 20 years with dedicated commercial vehicle dealerships to support our customer base.

We are looking for a part-time Payroll Manager working Monday to Friday, hours per week - we are willing to consider school hours and eventually hybrid working for the right person.

Ownership of the payroll process

Preparation/data entry of monthly payroll, including calculating and processing adjustments

Generating the payroll reports, and publishing payslips

Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes; statutory requirements,

Administrating court orders, minimum wage legislation, holiday/sickness data

Administration of Tax Year End documentation including P60s

Preparing data and joining new employees to the group pension

Involved in full employee lifecycle, processing new starters & leavers

Monitoring sickness, holidays and absence

Liaising with relevant managers where necessary to solve queries

Supporting the HR team with SAP/SuccessFactors admin & reporting

Other general administration and reasonable duties that may occur

Helpful and approachable you must be able to handle matters in a confidential and discreet manner.

Experience of Sage and SAP payroll systems is an essential requirement

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required, with the ability to learn new systems and processes and a basic understanding of word/excel

Help ensure that all systems are maintained to meet the business and audit standards

Complete admin tasks and management reporting to a high standard within agreed timeframes

Respond promptly and efficiently to all managerial requests

Set a professional example at all times when dealing with customers and colleagues

£12,500.00-£16,500.00 per year
