Title:
Customer Call Advisor, temporary position

Hourly rate:
£9.50 per hour, plus holiday accrual pay


Duration:
ASAP for 3 months


Hours:

Monday - Friday; initially the hours will be 9.00am - 5.00pm they are then likely to alternate between 10:00am - 6:00pm or 10.30am - 6.

Bracknell - This role is home based, and office based

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Support Advisor to support our client with a 'tracking' project.


The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure their details are correct and up to date
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Uploading all information to the CRM database whilst making sure all information is recorded accurately
  • Supporting the team to manage the high volume of outbound calls
  • Reporting findings to the Customer Service Manger
  • Booking in appointments

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a busy office environment
