About the role
We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our talented multi-disciplinary College team.

You will support our learners aged with development opportunities that not only extends their academic skillsand abilities, but also promotes personal growth and independence in all aspects of learning, leisure and life.

This rewarding opportunity will see you contribute to the individual learning plans of young people, ensuring progress and achievements in all learning experiences and opportunities are recorded.

Every day we carry out immeasurably worthwhile work that promoteshigh standards of welfare, self-care and independent living skills for the individuals we support.


About You
You do not need previous experience of working in a Learning Support Assistant role, however it is desirable.

We do ask that you have good literacy and numeracy skills and are able to communicate effectively with both learners and young people.

A relevant qualification is essential for our Level 2 Learning Support Assistant position e.g. QCF/NVQ Level 2 in either Learning or Care.
