We work with a range of different schools in the area and can offer work in a setting that suits you, including Primary and Secondary, as well as Special Schools and PRUs for Teaching Assistants with the right experience.

The role of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an integral role in providing tailored support to pupils, ensuring they receive the finest education and the tools needed for personal growth.

Collaborating closely with class teachers, you'll contribute to fostering a supportive teaching environment, allowing each pupil to thrive in their lessons.

You may work 1-to-1 with pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLD), provide small group intervention for pupils with additional needs, or support the teacher in tasks for the whole class.

Successful Teaching Assistants will benefit from:

  • Opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • On hand help from our team of inhouse teaching professionals.
  • Opportunities to secure longterm positions within our partner schools.
  • Direct classroom experience and the opportunity to put your skills to good use, leading to demonstrable impact for the students you work with.
  • The opportunity to work closely with and support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Successful Teaching Assistants should have:

  • A proactive attitude coupled with a genuine passion for working with children.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to supporting students in their education.
  • Previous experience of working with/supporting young learners.
  • Previous experience of, or an understanding of, supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

We'll be keen to hear from Teaching Assistants who display the above attributes and a genuine desire to support the students in their care.

We'd love to have a conversation with you about the positions we can offer and how we can support you in your career and your professional journey within education.

Submit your CV and we'll be sure to get in contact with you
