We have a very exciting role for a 'Park Team Accommodation & Welfare Co-ordinator' to join the management team at this flagship holiday resort.

You will become a key part of the management on park being a direct link between our live-on team and the Senior Leadership team.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join the park as our client's 'Team Accommodation & Welfare Co-ordinator' looking after team accommodation and also, team mentorship.

You will act as a point of contact for live-on accommodation issues and general wellbeing of the team members whilst working at the resort.


As Accommodation and Welfare Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting to ensure full occupancy levels for the buildings each season.
  • Preparation of liveon agreements and other administrative duties.
  • To ensure the building's appearance is always to the highest of standards.
  • To maintain and develop excellent relations with our team tenants, guest and external partners.
  • Organisation of team social evenings (quizzes, activities, sports, trips etc.)
  • Supporting team members living away from home via regular check ins and wellbeing support.
  • To assist the Facilities Manager with team welfare and accommodation issues with the maintenance department and assist the Facilities Team in overseeing tenant and building maintenance.
  • To coordinate routine room inspections, inventories and check out appointments.
  • To promote and contribute to the park culture.
  • Engaging with stakeholders around team welfare.
  • Positive mindset and experience with people
  • Preferably have had previous experience with mental health first aid / HR (if not we can provide training)
  • Hands on approach

  • An ability to influence & negotiate
  • Experience of planning & organising projects
