ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL -QUALITY OF EDUCATION: IMPACT (OUTCOMES, ASSESSMENT, RECORDING & REPORTING)

Working hours: 1FTE


We seek to appoint an Assistant Principal for Quality of Education, Impact (outcomes, assessment, recording and reporting) who will work as part of the senior leadership team to play a major role in the management and strategic leadership of the academy.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:

  • Maintain an overview of developments relating to data and assessment (including reporting and recording) at local and national level to advise the senior leaders on development priorities.
  • Establish and implement a vision for target setting and tracking across the school and in all key stages and establish a robust system of analysis that can be used by a range of stakeholders including staff, students, parents and governors.
  • Establish a clear understanding of data and assessment and the achievement cycles across the school and ensure that all stakeholders understand the target setting process and have access to a range of information that helps support teaching and learning and raises standards.
  • To support with the development and promotion of the vision and values of the academy within a Christian framework.

You will be:
