Bluerider ART seeks a full-time Collection Service Coordinator for its London gallery.

The person will be a key member of our team, responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors, driving sales, developing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for art, and the ability to work weekends.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Warmly welcome guests to the gallery, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the client.
  • Research and identify potential clients and collectors who may be interested in the gallery's offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate and execute events hosted by the gallery, including receptions, artist talks, and tours, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee satisfaction.
  • Writing supplementary materials to effectively communicate the essence of exhibitions and promote our artworks.
  • Support exhibition setup and takedown, including handling and installing artwork with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate varying hours and days of work, with specific days to be determined in advance.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art, Design, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
  • Handson mentality and a proactive work ethic.
  • Capable of working independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarise yourself with a new environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

How to Apply:


Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
