We are currently recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join the team at our Head Office
The Role
As a HR Co-ordinator, you will provide a highly effective, professional, and pro-active HR administrative service across all aspects of the employee life cycle, performing the day-to-day operational and administrative duties within the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Performance:
- First point of contact for customers via telephone
- Manage HR Inbox/Incoming Post, ensuring communication is responded to and distributed in a timely fashion
- Ensure the accurate administration of all HR processes in line with policies and procedures
- Process all documentation ensuring a high degree of quality and accuracy
- Maintain consistent electronic and paperbased HR records in line with GDPR and data retention requirements
- Ensure any data retention activities e.g. scanning, filling SARS requests are kept up to date/actioned promptly
- Responsible for Employee Lifecycle Transactions including the administration and compliance activities involved with the Recruitment, New Starter, Probation, Employee Change and Leaver workflows
- Provide admin and process support for Flexible Working, Parental Leave and Absences
- Create relevant documents including Contracts of Employment and Employee Variation Letters along with any associated HR Systems/database management
- Manage the online signoff portal for people changes
- Prepare Monthly Reports using Excel, Power Point, Word
- Work within agreed SLA's
- Support coordination of Company Induction
- Coordinate Training Courses and update training records
- Any other duty reasonably requested/activity delegated by management
Compliance:
- Must have a proven track record of working within an HR Department and understands the legal requirements as well as the discretion of working within a highly confidential, fast paced department
