Responsibilities:


  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring and fixtures
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures
  • Provide excellent customer service to address any maintenance concerns or requests
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff when necessary
  • Basic joinery, electrics and plumbing skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Proficient in electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and logic controllers
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Salary:
£15.00-£20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
