We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Payroll Officer looking to add value to a business going through an exciting period.

This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that offers great career prospects.


As the Payroll Officer, you will focus on all areas of the payroll process including statutory payments, maternity payments and utilising both manual and computerised systems.

As time goes on, you will gain responsibilities with supporting senior managementwith implementing new processes and procedures and ensure all confidentiality is maintained whilst completing tasks.


Ideally you will have:

  • Ability to work in a high pressured environment, commercially minded with a strong eye for detail and advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar position and able to demonstrate strong knowledge and good practice of payroll processing and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with individuals across the team and wider business
  • Incredibly organised and wellstructured insuring you are able to introduce processes that prepare the finance team for the next stage of growth
