Salary:
£30,273 - £35,194 + a range of benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing

SSEN Transmission has an opportunity for a Project Information Officer to play a pivotal role in the management and control of RIIO-T3 Business Plan Deliverables including

  • Maintenance of a fully fit for purpose Document Management System that effectively manages business plan documentation in a clear and auditable way
  • Interface with variety of teams and functions within SHE Transmission and the wider business in the coordination and close out of final records. This will include liaison with Board Members, Senior Managers, Project Managers, Operations and Asset Management
  • Supervise, create, implement and execute agreed milestones and deadlines, whilst working to effectively mitigate risks
  • Participate in audits relating to project and system record management

What do I need?:

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience in interface management, project closeout including the handover of final records and archiving is essential
  • The ability to pick up new IT software, and effectively use companystandard document management systems
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisation and customer relationship skills with exceptional attention to detail
