This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced People function in a People Advisor role
You will join a highly experienced team and will have a very generalist HR remit:

Responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
Supporting line managers with people activities including - absence, performance management, recruitment and discipline & grievance procedures.
Prepare and analyse reports on HR metrics
Manage employee relations case work
Keeping HR policy updated in line with new HR legislation
Support managers with annual appraisal process
Support the team with ongoing People Projects
