6 months fixed term contract - potential for extension

  • Based in Lincolnshire

About Our Client:


Our client is in the heart of Lincoln City and it's mulitude of buildings are an essential part of Lincoln's architectual culture.


  • Liaise with outsourced contractors/contract managers and supervise maintenance works
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and complete risk assessments
  • Complete compliance reports, PPMs and relative invoicing documentations
  • Travel only needed around city of Lincoln to different sites

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience within a facilities management environment
  • Confident with completing PPMs and risk assessments
  • Good understanding of health and safety within FM
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Driving license desirable
  • Experience with outsourced contractors desirable
