Description
Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Community Rehabilitation Assistant to work within the NHS in Rayleigh.

Contract - 3 month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.

Working hours - 25 hours a week - each shift is for 5 hours, either 8am-1pm or 5pm-10pm

Rate of pay:
£12.08 per hour


_About the role_

  • Carry out prescribed rehabilitation programmes set by therapist and report any concerns or changes.
  • To be an active member of this domiciliary rehabilitation team, providing short term, high
quality rehabilitation in a community environment.

  • Working without direct supervision carrying out tasks identified via personalised plans of care under the direction of
the Nurses, Therapists and Associate Practitioners within the team.

  • Undertake through individual care plans, personal, practical and rehabilitative duties
as set by staff including nurses, therapists and associate practitioners


_About you_

  • Must be a car driver as based in the community
  • Rehab experience desirable
